Neuro Sound Design (NSD) is a French SARL registered under SIRET 95211982400011 (RCS Lyon 952119824), with its registered office at 11 Rue de Boyer, 69005 Lyon, France. NSD provides B2B voice-over production services for clients across Europe and the United States.

2. Personal Data We Collect
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title.
- Professional information: voice-over samples (audio files), language skills, rates, and availability (for voice-over talents applying to our casting process).
- Correspondence data: emails exchanged through our account neurosounddesign@gmail.com, including message content, thread metadata, and timestamps.
- Technical data: server logs (IP addresses, browser type, timestamps) for security purposes.
- Billing data: invoices, purchase orders, payment references (for clients).
We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

4. How We Use Gmail API
NSD uses the Google Gmail API to automate professional email correspondence from a single internal Gmail account (neurosounddesign@gmail.com). This includes: reading incoming messages to detect talent replies and client orders, searching historical conversation threads, creating draft emails for staff review before sending, and sending replies within existing threads.
Gmail data is not shared with any third party. Data flows from the Gmail API to NSD’s internal pipeline and is stored in an encrypted database hosted in the European Union. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are revocable at any time from your Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
